Outdoor Recreation Ordinances

NJPN provides technical assistance to municipalities looking to help us all breathe a little easier by adopting Outdoor Smoke Free Recreation Ordinances. We also provide signage  once an ordinance is passed, so that officials can make sure residents and visitors are aware of the new limitations on smoking and make it easier to enforce.
